David Lyness has worked as a structural engineer in the West of England for over 20 years gaining considerable experience in the structural design of civil and building structures whilst holding positions such as Regional Director and Structural Director for national and local Consulting Engineering practices.

During this time David has undertaken projects for public and private developers, Local Authorities, housebuilders, end users, other Consultants and private clients whilst carrying out Feasibility Studies and structural assessments through to detailed design and construction drawings.

David has lived in the Stroud Area for over ten years and is now trading as Great Park Consultants to provide structural engineering services to Architects, Developers and Private Clients

David has a proactive approach and is focused on achieving his Client’s requirements whilst at the same time interacting positively with other consultants.
