It exists to foster the interests of members by:-

* bringing them in touch with other members of the various allied professions

* arranging a topical programme of Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

* representing the views of members on liaison panels (e.g.. Stroud District Council's Building Control and Planning User Groups)

* providing an update on new legislation
